Refund policy

Our 30 day guarantee

We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving it.

How to request a refund
Email us at Contact@nuvri.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your request. We reply within 24 hours.

Change of mind
If you've changed your mind, we'll refund the full price of your item once it's returned to us unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are covered by you, and we'll send you the return address when you get in touch.

Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo within 30 days. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send anything back.

Lost orders
If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

When you'll get your money
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Your legal rights
Under UK consumer law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. This is in addition to the 30 day guarantee above and doesn't affect your statutory rights.
