Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. You'll get an email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

Delivery times
United Kingdom: 7 to 10 days.

These are estimates. Delivery can occasionally take longer during busy periods such as the holiday season.

Tracking
Every order is tracked. Tracking can take 3 to 5 days to update after dispatch, so don't worry if it doesn't show movement straight away.

Wrong address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
